Paid Media Specialist

Tickets For Less is searching for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. This position will directly manage all paid digital channels and will help shape and execute our overall Search Engine Marketing and Paid Media strategy. This will include search, social, retargeting, and video via Google, Facebook and other emerging platforms.

The ideal candidate will love digital media and analytics and are constantly curious about what is driving performance and testing new strategies and ideas. With strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you are methodical, take ownership and enjoy collaborating with others. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & eCommerce, this new role will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, and monitoring to support key business goals, revenue targets, and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to)

  • Manage the execution of paid media programs, driving maximum ROI across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, video, and display
  • Responsible for strategic planning of digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and timing recommendations
  • Own the holistic view of our paid media efforts, defining clear KPIs across the marketing funnel that enable the team to clearly gauge investment effectiveness
  • Own the paid media efforts, defining clear KPIs that gauge performance and generate monthly reports detailing on both past and ongoing campaigns.
  • Create and execute ongoing testing strategies to constantly optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Google Ads and paid social best practices, while continuing to recommend new platforms and channels for greater overall reach and improved conversions.
  • Bring your creativity to deliver engaging and impactful search and social ad copy that aligns with our brand and target audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing Paid Search, Online Display and/or Social Ad campaigns
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail), Bing Ads, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and podcasts and more.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail
  • Outstanding time management and organization skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
  • A true problem solver who can apply logic and imagination to develop a solution that works
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting.
  • Must have a passion for sport and/or live entertainment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Retail, travel, event or sports experience is considered a plus
