Affiliate
Both TicketNetwork and Ticket Evolution have programs where they will charge cards and provide customer service for a small fee. This is often best for somebody getting into the business or with minimal staff.
Your Own
Account
You can set up a merchant account with a compatible merchant provider. We recommend this solution to anyone who already has their own Braintree merchant account with experience charging cards.
TFL as the

Why should I get a ticketing website as a broker?
Your website is the power behind your business and shapes your image to customers, fellow brokers, the BBB, Google, potential lenders and partners, and other parties interested in working with you.
What if I need support after hours?
Call our emergency on-call number at (281) 392-9693 ext. 104, and leave a detailed voicemail. Our on-call team will work on the issue and keep you updated. Unless it’s a technical failure of the TFL technology, clients are billed at the emergency rate of $475 per hour, with a minimum of one hour for the work.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your ticketing website by emailing support@atbss.com or atbs@tflgroup.com. We require 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, our billing team will put together a final invoice with any charges scheduled to occur in the next 30 days and cancel any recurring invoicing. We do this to ensure that there are no accidental charges down the road. Your website will remain active should you want to continue using it for 30 days after cancellation notice is given.
Do TFL websites work on mobile devices?
Yes. Every website design is built with mobile response in mind, meaning your website will shrink to fit users’ screens on desktops, laptops, iPads, tablets and smart phones.
Do you provide SEO or marketing services?
ATBS has not traditionally provided any marketing assistance to clients, however it’s a service we’re exploring based on requests from existing clients.
We do partner with trusted vendors that aid with search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing and custom content.
Where does the ticket inventory on my website come from?
TFL provides all of the hosting and technical services on your website, but you’ll also sign up with one of our marketplace partners. We work closely with TicketEvolution (Tevo), TicketNetwork, VividSeats and Logitix.
How do I get support for my website?
We have a team of dedicated software support specialists. Open a support ticket by emailing support@atbss.com. Our support team is staffed M-F 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
Is there a charge for website support?
The TicketCMS for your ticketing website allows you to complete a majority of changes to your own website. The support ticketing system is to provide help for any true customizations or as a white-glove support service if you’re interested in someone making the changes for you.
