About Us

Allow Us to Introduce Ourselves

TFL’s journey began in 2004 as Tickets For Less, when CEO Dan Rouen faced a dilemma: he couldn’t make it to the Kansas Jayhawks basketball game. Instead of letting his tickets go to waste, he decided to list them on eBay. To his surprise, the listing generated significant interest, sparking his venture into the world of ticketing. Rouen built TFL on the founding principle of no extra fees which set the stage for years to come.

Two decades later, Rouen now stands as the CEO of a prominent national wholesale ticket company, ranked in the top 10 nationwide. Today, TFL not only offers cutting-edge technology solutions to businesses and organizations but also collaborates with professional sports teams, college athletic departments, artists, venues and other rightsholders in the industry. TFL provides a robust platform for customers to buy and sell tickets to a wide range of events, from concerts to sports games and theater performances across the United States.

With our headquarters in Kansas City and additional offices in Omaha, NE and Tuscaloosa, AL, TFL has grown to a workforce of over 100 employees. TFL was recently named to the 2023 Inc. 5000, an annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. As a testament to our success, TFL consistently ranks at the top of all distribution partners and sellers nationwide, solidifying our reputation as a trusted and innovative player in the ticketing industry.
