2025 Home Run Derby & All-Star Game Prices Soar

With just days to go before the 2025 MLB All-Star festivities kick off in Atlanta, ticket prices are showing a massive surge over last year, signaling a level of fan excitement we haven’t seen in years.

According to the latest data, the average ticket price (ATP) for the 2025 Home Run Derby is sitting at $601.56, up an incredible 90.50% from 2024’s ATP of $315.78. Meanwhile, the 2025 All-Star Game is averaging $787.40 per ticket, a 95.73% increase over 2024’s $402.28.

While prices may still adjust in the days leading up to the events, this near-doubling of average ticket prices highlights the incredible demand for All-Star Weekend 2025.

What’s Driving the Price Surge?

There are several factors likely fueling the spike:

Atlanta is hosting the All Star Game for the first time since 2000.
Fans in Georgia, and across the Southeast, have waited 25 years for the Midsummer Classic to return to Atlanta, when Turner Field hosted the events.

First Southeast All Star Game since 2017.
This is also the first time the event has returned to the Southeast since it was held in Miami, adding regional excitement.

By the Numbers: 2024 vs. 2025

As we get closer to each event, prices may regress slightly, especially with last-minute resale inventory, but the 2025 All-Star Weekend is shaping up as one of the most in-demand and exciting events MLB has seen in years.

For fans, it’s a rare chance to be part of baseball history — and the increase in ATP is showing that fans are willing to pay more to see their favorite stars together on the field.
