Empowering Businesses With ATBS: New Features, Growth

Companies are constantly seeking innovative ways to engage and retain their workforce; one effective strategy is offering unique perks such as live event tickets. TFL’s ATBS has been a cornerstone in the ticket brokerage industry and at the forefront of this new strategy, consistently delivering innovative solutions, like live event ticket technology, and exceptional service to businesses and their employees. This year at ATBS, we’ve made significant changes and strides to enhance our offerings and expand our team, ensuring we remain at the top of our industry.

Updates and Enhancements

We’ve rolled out several key updates aimed at improving the overall user experience and functionality of our ticketing platforms.

  1. Enhancing Search Capabilities

Leveraging geo-IP and popularity metrics, we now provide personalized event recommendations to customers. This new feature supports one-click navigation, making it easier for repeat customers to find events they are interested in.

2. Momentum UX

The introduction of our high-performance front-end framework has resulted in a boost of speeds for websites by over 70% that use the template, adding a more seamless browsing experience for users.

3. Improved Checkout Experience

With faster website speeds, we’ve also enhanced our checkout process. New upselling features and a multicart function allow customers to purchase multiple ticket groups and additional items like parking or tailgate passes. Our system now supports Google Pay and Apple Pay, which allows for more flexibility in payment options.

4. Digital Marketing Services

We’ve expanded our digital marketing services to include affiliate promotions and other complementary services. Making our websites more user-friendly has been a top priority.

Team Expansion

To support these technological advancements, we have expanded our support team and its development over the last 12 months. This expansion will ensure that our client support issues are promptly addressed, our technologies remain cutting-edge and websites perform at the highest level. Our team has quadrupled in size, which reflects our commitment to providing top-tier service and support to our clients.

This expansion follows continued success in the consumer and employee loyalty space, and with several new key hires, we’re ready to help more brands offer live event tickets as a company perk or reward tool.

Key New Hires:

  • Michael Wagner: Joining us as the new senior director of business development, Wagner brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Docker, Inc. And Zoom.
  • Daniel Held and Keith Laxman: As new directors of business development, Held and Laxman bring valuable experience from early-stage technology companies and the sports and entertainment sectors, respectively.
  • Rebecca Rothermich: Now a client success manager, Rothermich has been promoted for the second time within TFL after bringing experience from client services at the Kansas City Chiefs.

The combined advancements in our ATBS technology and the strategic expansion of the business solutions division our indicators of our commitment to innovation and client success.
